Looking for Website Developer – WordPress, Codeigniter (CI), Laravel & PHP

I am looking for one Website Developer ( who have sufficient knowledge and experienced about WordPress, Codeigniter (CI), Laravel & PHP ) for a long-term basis.
Below Criteria must be needed:

1. Must be fluent in english speaking and writing.

2. Able to handle my Client’s directly during the project time AND provide them support over the Whatsapp Group through Chat & Call/remote.

3. Chat/Call Conversation must be client centric with clear presentations.

4. Must have sufficient knowledge and experienced about Mentioned Language and framework.

5. Needs to be maintained the given TIME-FRAME for a particular project. (No failure will be accepted)

6. Project budget and timeline must be discussed with him before allocation.

7. Developer must be reasonable cost centric in terms of Freelance regular basis work.

8. ****Main & last thing is that- needs to be pro-active, honest and supportive for all time via whatsapp.
